Time is a man made concept designed to allow all of human kind to make sense of it’s existence in a chronological frame. It has been posed by many great minds that all things and all “times” are actually happening simultaneously. For instance, Albert Einstein’s special and general theories of relativity demolished the idea of time as a Universal constant. One consequence is that the past, present, and future are not absolutes.
This suggests to us all that life (as a chronological series of events) is not really about what we create or what the next step is rather than it being about which possibility we choose to see. If you consider that all possible current situations that you could be in are happening RIGHT NOW at the same “time” and the only reason that you are experiencing the one that you are experiencing is because that is the possibility that you are currently aware of. Therefore, to alter what you are experiencing all that you need to do is alter your awareness and thus allow the different possibility to become apparent.
You have chosen to be where you are in you life. I know that to some of you reading this that this might come as a little bit of a slap in the face, but whether or not you have done this consciously or not is irrelevant. Through your thoughts, feelings and actions to date you have chosen to allow this particular present to be apparent in your life. The exciting part is that you can choose to alter this reality RIGHT NOW by simply changing your thoughts, feelings and actions immediately.
Everything happens in an instant, for all that exists is the very instant that we are currently in. By making a clear, absolute, unchanging decision you alter your existence in this instant. By remaining grounded in that decision you maintain your focus on the reality that you choose.
“We are due for another breakthrough in the understanding of time. Einstein’s 1905 paper came out and suddenly changed people’s thinking about space-time. We’re again in the middle of something like that, when the dust settles, time—whatever it may be—could turn out to be even stranger and more illusory than even Einstein could imagine”, says Carlo Rovelli, a physicist at the University of the Mediterranean in Marseille, France.
